Recently, it has been raining.

Why does rain occur?

1) water from water bodies evaporate due to the heat of the sun
2) the droplets of water combine with dust particles in the atmosphere and clouds are formed
3) droplets of water keeps on combining and the clouds become heavy
4) when the clouds gets heavier, they are no longer able to float in air
5) then the water fall as rain

And such heavy downpour may lead to soil erosion and landslides.
